Meizu 16 is the successor to the Meizu 15. We knew about Meizu 15 at the start of the year when Meizu founder tipped an August launch. Meizu 15 came with Snapdragon 660 processor which is a good processor but not top of the line. While Meizu 15 came with then top of the line Exynos Chipset. Meizu 16 is coming in 26th of August and it aims to change this difference.
Meizu Founder Huang Zhang has been quite active and vocal about this upcoming smartphone. When asked about price he replied that Meizu 16 will come with Lots of Love. Which simply indicates that we must be ready for another Flagship entry in Budget market.

Meizu 16 Rumored Specifications
Early we had rumors that Meizu 16 will use a curved OLED display but now it does not appear to be the case. Meizu 16 will come with a 6 Inches display with thinner top and bottom bezel even thinner than Samsung S9. Meizu 16 upper bezel will also have slots for front camera, proximity sensor,Ambient light sensor as well as large speaker as the renders suggest. This speaker will most probably provide better sound by acting stereo speaker.
Meizu 16 will come with top of the line Snapdragon 845 processor along with 6/8GB RAM. It seems like Meizu is also taking cues from Chinese manufacturers like OnePlus and Xiaomi. There might also be an Under Display fingerprint sensor which is quite an upgrade for this series.
