We have been seeing leaks and renders about Nokia X5 for a month now. Finally we have a launch date and it turns out that smartphone will launch officially on July 11. Another interesting thing is that the global version of the phone will launch as Nokia 5.1 Plus instead of Nokia X5 similarly as we are getting Nokia 6.1 Plus globally not Nokia X6.

A while back the phone leaked on TENAA and we got to see the design of the phone. Along with a spec sheet. First of all phone will have a notch and the display resolution will be HD plus not Full HD. The processor will be clocked at 2.0 GHz which indicates that we are going to get a mid ranger with snapdragon 600 series or may be Helio P series.The phone will come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Rear camera comes out to be a 13+5MP combination. Battery will be 3000mAH which is average.

Now we have fresh renders in our hand which pretty much show all the design elements. Yes phone resembles a lot to Nokia X6 but there still are some subtle design changes that differ it from X6. First of all we are most probably getting a plastic back with X5. Secondly the notch at front is pretty wide than the one we have on X6. So this is pretty much that we have on X5.
