VP of Lenovo “Chang Cheng” , in the start of this week posted an image of its New flagship Z5 claiming that it would be first bezel less and full screen mobile phone. Later this week he reveals that this phone will break the barrier of 95% screen and will have no side and upper or lower bezels. If we check the image it is interested that there is no notch so Lenovo seems not interested in the “Notch” style of Apple, however half of the image is yet to be revealed by “Chang Cheng”.

Lenovo Z5

“Chang Cheng” Claims that Z5 will come with four new technologies and all of them will help them to make a true bezel less mobile phone.
However, three of them are already achieved by different phones: –
1. Camera comes out like a periscope, (Apex Concept Pone)
2. A piezoelectric ceramic driver for earpiece (Xiaomi Mi Mix)
3. Under Display Finger print scanner (Vivo X20 Plus UD)
Still if Lenovo can incorporate all of these to a single phone, it would be an achievement.

If we deeply focus on image it reveals that it has no left and bottom bezel which indicated that it would be first android phone without any bezels however it is still mystery that how Lenovo will achieve more than 95% screen.

Lenovo Z5

Lenovo Z5 will be a flagship from the Lenovo, and based on the hype created by “Chang Cheng” after posting these images on weibo, we can say that Lenovo attracted the user’s attention, and if final product would be just like the described features, then this flagship will be a huge profit contributor to Lenovo mobile products.

As per “Chang Cheng” June 14 is the official release date of Lenovo Z5 so we have to wait till this date to know about the truth, to know about whether it is still a concept or Lenovo successfully conquer these barriers……
