1. Visit https://www.seedr.cc/ and create an account. You can use Facebook also to login.
2. After registration, Kindly sign in to seedr, you will be seen your dashboard which will be like below given image.

2. In the dashboard you have text box saying paste link here, just paste your magnet link there, alternatively you can upload torrent files or torrent links also. Click on + sign after pasting link.
3. Seedr will fetch the file for you. If the torrent has good seeders or torrent was already fetched by seeder, this step would not take longer, however if your torrent has seeders with low speed it will take time for Seedr to download torrent. See below mentioned figure:

After completion of download, seedr will move file to your dashboard. It will look like below given image:

Steps to Download:
a: Right click on folder name and you will get list of all files present in torrent
b: Select your desired file and right click on it
c: You will get list of options, click on Download link and your download will start rite away. You can use Chrome, Firefox, Internet Download Manager or any other browser or download manager to download your desired file.
If you wish to download the whole folder just go back, select folder, right click on folder name and select Download.

B Connect a new Internet Service provider in Wah Cantt

As Wah Cantt resident are suffering from low speed internet and speed of PTCL in most of areas sucks, so users are always searching for a better alternative, unfortunately the resident of wah cantt can not get a real ISP like Nayatel, Fiberstorm etc as they are giving their users a super fast speed on very low/reasonable rates.

In Wah Cantt however we got some good alternatives in short span of time, Good is a word we can use for any ISP replacing PTCL, however good does not mean an ISP like Nayatel or Fiberstorm. In our previous post we reviewed Motive Net, a small ISP replacing PTCL connections at a good pace, however their monopoly in providing a good service was just challenged by a new service provider B-Connect.

Two Days ago we hear about a new service provider in Wah cantt, B-Connect , Main Office is located near New City Phase 2, Wah Cantt. In a quest of getting good services and for a good backup plan I tried to get information from their customer service department, Currently they are providing more than what a good ISP can offer in its inception.

They have 2MB , 4MB, 6MB and more packages for home users, They have corporate packages also at higher prices. From customer service support and their website I was able to get rates of their packages.

Home users packages:

2 MB & 1990 Rs

4MB @ 2599 Rs

for corporate

1 MB @ 5000 Rs.

What is downloading speed of B-Connect?

As far as downloading speed is concerned , most of the people wants a good speed. Now i have some confusion here, I called them twice, and on Saturday I got following information:

Downloading speed of 2 MB package will be around 250 KB, Downloading speed of 4MB package was not provided however on inquire and upon my question that will it be double of 2MB package? answer was ” Due to technical nature its not true that it will be doubled however it will be good as compared to 2MB”.

Further they added that they have a very strong backbone based on Optical Fiber. And they will provide what they will commit due to their infrastructure and high grade equipments. Also they offer me that I can start using their services with initial fee of Rs 4000, which includes there first month 2 Mb package charges.

As i was not able to get enough information on Saturday so I called them on Monday (05-11-2018) to get more info. Following information was obtained on this call from B-Connect representative:-

They are not giving every one a connection, They choose their customers however criteria was not mentioned/explained.
Downloading speed will be given as per international Bandwidth standards, what is that? let us explain this.Connection speed is always represented in bit (small b) while download speed is represented in Bytes (Capital B). If we want a relationship in these two check below mentioned calculation:1 Megabyte (MB) = 8 Megabit (Mb)
1 Megabyte (MB) = 1024 Kilobyte (KB)
8 Megabit (Mb) = 1024 Kilobyte (KB)Therefore, 1 Megabit (Mb) = [1024/8 =] 128 Kilobyte (KB)
So, in a 1 Mbps connection, the maximum speed of downloading would be 128 KBps. Now we can use same formula to calculate the downloading speed of 2Mb connection which would be [2048/8] = 256KB/second. So it means a user will get 256 KB/sec speed as per international rule.
However on downloading speed of 4Mb connection , customer service did not mention speed and focused on the word as per international bandwidth standards. So as per above calculation it should be doubled, however we are not able to write more on this as we don’t have enough info, and we were not given proper info from the company. We can request b-connect customers to share with us the downloading speed they are getting to sort this point.

And Yes, B-Connect wah Cantt has a website which is www.b-connect.com.pk , As per initial review package prices are not updated and their page is showing Rs. 2299/Month Rs for 2Mb package and Rs. 3299/Month for 4Mb package however request page shows the above mentioned rates which we are able to obtain on phone call. Also the website is still not complete as Contact Form on the home page is not working and also Phone number on the top of page was wrong. However on the bottom of page we were able to find a working phone number +92 514 904 132. You can call them to get an idea about coverage area or rates.

As on the second call I was told that I should be a chosen one to use their services :-), And they will get back to me once they have the capacity to entertain more users in my area, (as they were saying that thy have some customers in my area). I will update this article about my practical experience once I got a connection from them.

Our Opinion:-

The main disadvantage of living in small city is that you have to pay high to get a good internet connection , As we are only 35 KM away from Islamabad where Nayatel is giving 15Mb internet in just 2400 Rs, we are forced to get 4Mb connection in the same price. However reason of why we have to chose expensive internet is PTCL. PTCL is providing worst services to consumers in Wah Cantt. Every service in replace of PTCL get customer’s attention by only word of mouth, As most of the time they get enough customers, without having a dedicated Customer service department, Without giving 24/7 telephonic support they can still generate a handsome revenue, So with time or due to positive/overwhelming response from customer no one tried to compete Nayatel or Fiber-storm type companies. As long as these good ISPs are not coming to Wah Cantt and competition is only PTCL, we have to pay high for low speed internet.

But at-least now we have the option to choose relatively good internet connection to be used in our homes.

LG V series has always been centered around media consumption. Starting with last year’s LG V30 LG has started to revamp its smartphone division. The main goal of this revamp is to create some noticeable difference between their G and V series. So with LG V40 ThinQ which is a hand full of a name we get a couple of more distinctions from LG G7 ThinQ that launched early this year. We will talk about all this below.

LG V40 ThinQ Launch Date

At thr mid of September 2018 LG sent out press invites which shows that LG is holding an event on October 3rd. In the press invite we see a couple of things that confirm that it is the LG V40 ThinQ we are getting out of this event. The invite tells us about the most anticipated of this smartphone which is a total of 5 camera lenses. So October 3rd is the date when we get this beast.

LG V40 ThinQ will come with a large 6.4 inches p-OLED display thanks to smaller bezels instead of an LCD and more chunkier bezels as we have on LG G7 ThinQ. LG V40 ThinQ will have Quad HD resolution and it will most probably support the bump up to 1000 nits brightness as we have on LG G7 whenever you are outside in sunlight which is quite amazing. Yes LG V40 ThinQ will have a notch but it might have 3D mapping technology for face recognition along with dual cameras.

This is the most highlighted and the most boasted feature of LG V40 ThinQ. This is almost confirmed by now not only by renders but also by LG itself that LG V40 ThinQ will come with a total of 5 camera lenses. Three of them will be on the back while two will be on front. The triple camera on the back will have one 20MP RGB sensor with super large and fast aperture of f/1.5. Aperture this large will help the smartphone in extreme low light conditions. The second sensor will be LG’s signature 16MP wide angle lens which will also be improved. The third and the new sensor will most probably be a 13MP Telephoto lens for optical zoom not a monochrome as we have on Huawei P20 Pro.

AT the front we are getting a Dual camera combination which is most probably for that 3D face recognition technology as well as better Front camera performance as LG is not very well known for their selfie cameras. LG V40 ThinQ Internals

LG V40 ThinQ internals are no secret, we already know all about it. As all other 2018 flagships LG V40 ThinQ will have Snapdragon 845 along with 6GB RAM and will most probably have 8GB RAM in high end model. LG V40 ThinQ will have latest Adreno 630 for best GPU performance there is in the market right now. LG V40 ThinQ will also have stereo speakers that will support LG’s boombox technology they introduced with LG G7. LG V40 ThinQ will retain the headphone jack thankfully that will have LG’s Quad Dac technology to enhance your headphone experience.

LG V40 ThinQ seems to be an all around smartphone on paper but at the end of the day something goes wrong which might be the pricing. Let’s hope LG figure what they have been doing wrong.

Whatsapp is preparing for Dark Mode & I can’t Wait

In recent past with researches showing that prolonged exposure to smartphone light not only puts strain on your eyes but it also affects your brain. After these finding by the researches dark modes on different applications are gaining popularity day by day. This not only reduces the effect on your eyes but also on the plus side saves a lot of smartphone battery.

Applications like Twitter and YouTube launched dark modes and can’t thank them enough for that. It just sits right into my taste. I have been on the look for everything dark. On the hunt I also came across a Browser and I have been using since that day. If you are a heavy user and use your smartphone a lot during the night time like me than you surely also like these dark modes.

Now there are reports that Whatsapp is gearing up for Dark mode and I am getting impatient. You can already change the wallpaper if you want but that only darkens the chat window, the home window still remains stingily bright and you can’t do anything about that. Whatsapp CEO recently tweeted and showed his concept of a dark mode. In the Option where we turn on night mode we can also see a Blue Night mode which will more likely resemble the one we have on Twitter. So I guess you in the end you can get what you wish for but you have to wait for it.

After what Huawei has been able to pull off with Huawei P20 Pro not only in camera department but also hardware wise whole of the tech community has their attention glued to this launch. Huawei recently not only revealed the launch date at IFA but also told us about the venue. Huawei Mate 20 series will finally be launched on October 16th in London.

Huawei Mate 20 Series Design

Huawei is one of the few companies that has most gracefully transferred from a conventional metal build to Glass finish. With P20 Pro they took it to another level with that gradient finish that won them a lot of praise. But at IFA they launched P20 series in leather finishes that were equally stunning. So this time in Huawei Mate 20 series we will undoubtedly see a glass finish at the back that curve at the edges giving the smartphone an ergonomic feel. The design of camera module at the back has been given revamp. Now we have a triple camera along with a flash in the form of a square which is at least not a copy this time.

Huawei recntly launched their all new Kirin 980 processor at IFA 2018. Huawei boasted it being World’s first ever chipset built on 7nm Architecture. But now its not the case. Apple recently launched Iphones with Apple A12 chipset that is also built on same Architecture. Anyways with this processor Huawei is has promised an overall boost of 37% and also considerable efficiency improvements in GPU. Only time will tell how powerful it really is. Huawei Mate 20 series will most probably have 6GB RAM in the base model while top tier model will have 8GB RAM.

Internet Service providers in Wah Cantt

As resident of small cities can not enjoy services from Operators like Nayatel, Fiber-storm etc. so they always have very limited options to get connected to internet.
Resident of Wah Cantt always find it harder to get a reliable internet service provider. Following are the options available to Wah Cantt residents to get connectivity.
1. PTCL
2. 4G/3G Service Provider
3. Motive Internet (Local Service Provider)

PTCL
PTCL as usual neglect its customers in Cantt area, they are providing connectivity via Copper wires, User get more dis-connectivity than connectivity. Internet got disconnected after every minute so majority of users get rid of their PTCL connections.
4G/3G Service Providers

ZONG
I switched to ZONG from PTCL 2.5 years ago. I purchase Router of ZONG instead of MBB devices as I want to connect 5 to 10 users and MBB devices faces difficulty in handling more than 2 users normally. My experience with ZONG was excellent in start. I was getting following speeds:
Downloading: 1 to 3 MB/second. Its actual speed of downloading not the speed test speed.
Uploading: 1 to 2 MB
Only problem was limit on usage. I was getting 50 to 65 GB data in Rs 2500. With the above-mentioned speed, I was able to consume all of my data in one week time. After that I plan to use my bandwidth but still due to its great speed I had to use 2 packages of Rs 2500. So, 5000 was my per month expense on Internet.
But form last 6 months I was experiencing very low speed on ZONG, some times around 2 Kb/sec and browsing become awfully slow. So, I start searching alternatives as ZONG on response of my queries send a reply with “services can not be improved in your area”. After this reply I dumped them.

Jazz:
I switched to Jazz for one month only, I was not happy with its speed, they don’t have proper coverage in Wah Cantt.

It was found that Dis-connectivity on my connection was due to some issue with my ISP and also my router was not compatible with it, Changing the router resolve connectivity issue. Will update here if any thing changed with time.

I came to know about this local internet service provider. They are providing internet services with wireless method, after getting information about them I gave them a try. To know about them in detail click here.
The main idea behind motive as per my opinion is to grab all customer not satisfied from PTCL and can’t afford 4G networks due to high prices. Customers are happy with motive internet due to following:
1: They came from PTCL’s shitty service where dis-connectivity is the pain and headache. When they get a stable connection, they like it a lot also as compared to shitty service of PTCL any alternative can satisfy users.
2: Price is only Rs 1200 for 2MB package and data usage is unlimited.
3: Speed: Following is the speed of this internet on 2MB package
Downloading: 130 to 230 KB/second
Uploading: 130 to 230 KB/second

My experience: –
My experience with them is Mix.

I am using their 4MB package which costs Rs 2500/ Month, Why I choose it? As I was thinking that by paying double I will get double downloading speed however this did not happen at first place. I was getting a speed from 130 to 330KB with only 1 computer connected through router, after complaint now i am getting 400+ downloading speed in kb, which is very decent.
As I am their user from 4 weeks and after facing some issues with them now i am very much satisfied with them, as atleat now we have some sensible alternative to PTCL at low rate and a good speed.

Motive Internet Wah Cantt New Service Provider

I came to know about a new service provider Motive internet Wah Cantt. As a regular internet user, I was in search of a reliable internet service provider.

Update 2(05-11-2018):-

Motive internet does not have a dedicated customer service department from where you can get any info or you can launch a complaint (they consider them as complaint free however its not true, some time we face dis-connectivity which longs up-to 30 minutes, and no place to complaint about it) , Also they don’t have a proper billing department, you have to give payment to the guy who installed Antenna at your premises, however this is not it, Your connection will be recharge only when that guy will hand over your payment to The person working on back-end, This weird strategy have no sense however as long as you are getting a good speed and less dis-connectivity it is OK….

Update:-

It was found that Dis connectivity on my connection was due to some issue with my ISP and also my router was not compatible with it, Changing the router resolve connectivity issue. Will update here if any thing changed with time.

How to Get Connection:-

As I get a connection from them so i can tell you the procedure:

Call them and they will visit your home with devices for installation.
You must have 25 feet long Bamboo on which you will fix your Antenna. (Antenna connect user to their servers with wireless technology).
They will provide you with 25 Feet wire from antenna to your router.
Charges:
Installation charges are Rs 6,500 and following are included in these charges.
1: Router
2: Antenna (Must return when you decide to leave them)
3: One-month Package of 2MBPS.

Confusion of users?
Uses of motive internet have some wrong info about them due to reason that no official source is available and they don’t have updated website (Website shows under construction image).
One of user told me that they are giving services of Nayatel however I did not get any reliable information to verify this claim.
Most of their users thinks this as Satellite internet which is also false.
Both of above statement was not given by officials of Motive Internet.
How they are providing services?
I was curious to know about how they are providing services as I was informed that they are providing satellite internet however after getting connection I was able to identify how they are providing services. Following is the method as per my research.
They provide litebeam m5 as antenna. Litebeam is used to detect WIFI networks.
Motive Internet created a WIFI network and using advanced infrastructure propagating their signals using boosters, Motive internet team align the antenna in the direction of their boosters to get a good speed and use password to connect with booster the same way we connect to any WIFI network by entering password.
Motive internet provides each user with username and password, Router with PPOE support will be able to connect to network by given username and password.
Motive internet is using connections from different ISP’s . By combining multiple connections using advanced routers and creating users on their servers, they are able to provide users a decent speed on economic prices.
We can understand this with example.

ISP’s provide 10 MB package on which they gave user dedicated bandwidth speed on these connections are more than 2 to 4 MB/ second on optical fibers. The price of this package is Rs 2,499 with tax it will be Rs 3200 maximum. Now dividing this speed with users and giving them a fair speed of 200Kb/second is possible due to their experience in this field, they are using networking techniques to make it possible. In this way they are not only providing services to users at low process but also able to create intranet which can be used to share file between users at high speed.

Above mentioned example is just for understanding purpose.
How much user can download: –
We can consider the below mentioned table to identify this.

Based on the above table user can download around 98.88 GB of data with speed of 200KB if he spent 40% of his time when user is awake, most of users did not give this much time to downloading and speed is not constant at 200 KB so in real user will be able to use 50 to 70 GB for Rs 1200.

Xiaomi has finally launched the global version of Xiaomi Mi 6X as well as Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro. They are being called Xiaomi Mi A2 and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. It houses an all new Snapdragon 660 processor clocked at 2.2GHz which is a nice upgrade from Snapdragon 625 in previous generation. Xiaomi Mi A2 comes in three configurations. A 4GB RAM+32GB Storage option,a 4GB RAM+64GB storage option and a 6GB RAM +128GB Storage option but there is no SD card expansion which is a negative point.

The biggest upgrade we see in Xiaomi Mi A2 is the camera. At the rear we have an all new 12+20MP combination both with f/1.75 aperture. Aperture this large is very good not only for daylight shots but also for better low light photography. At the front we get a whooping 20MP sensor as compared to 5MP in Xiaomi Mi A1 along with some AI trickery for better selfies. Xiaomi Mi A2 comes with Bluetooth 5.0 but no headphone jack unfortunately. Battery is rather average with 3000mAH capacity but with Snapdragon 660 efficiency you can cut the day.Plus point is that Xiaomi Mi A2 does support quick charge 3.0. All of these specifications are good but there are some catches including the display, battery and exclusion of headphone jack. We can expect Xiaomi Mi A2’s different variants to fall between Rs.35,000 and 45,000.

Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite Specifications

Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is just the Android One version of Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro. It has all the specifications that we are used seeing in Xiaomi smartphones for couple of years now. Starting with display it has a 5.84 inches notched LCD display with Full HD Plus resolution. Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite comes with Snapdragon 625 processor along with 4GB and 3GB RAM. Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite does come with a dedicated SD card slot.

Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has a Dual 12+5MP combination at the back where 5MP sensor is only there for depth sensing. At front we have a 5MP camera but it kinda wish it was at least 8MP. Xiaomi Mi A2 lite comes with same large 4000mAH battery that we see on Chinese version of the smartphone. Xiaomi Mi A2 lite is just a regular Xiaomi smartphone and there is no new feature to talk about specifically other than the notch at the top of display. Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite does come with lower price tag which is good for consumers.We can expect it to come within the price range of Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000.

Light Working On a Smartphone with 5 to 9 Lenses,Prototype Leaks

For your Information Light is a camera manufacturer that made highlight in late 2017 when their most awaited camera called L16 came to light. L16 here refers to a “point and shoot camera” with 16 lenses that could shoot photos of DSLR quality but with a camera merely the size of a smartphone. L16 was announced in 2015 and it went into production in Q2 2017. When the camera got into the hands of reviewers their opinions were mixed. It surely had the potential of shooting excellent photos but camera optimization as well as the supporting software was not on point. Being a first generation product it got ignored in hope of a better successor.

Now Washington Post has revealed that camera manufacturer Light is working on a smartphone with more than 5 lenses. We already have a triple lens smartphone P20 Pro in the market so it makes sense that want to do something beyond. According to reports light already has some working prototypes ranging from 5 to 9 lenses. The prototypes are capable of shooting photos between 52MP and 64MP while P20 pro shoots maximum at 40MP.

What makes it interesting is that every lens has different focal lengths so when we press the shutter it capture photos from every single lens and then merges them together and the result is an overall optimized and balanced image. So with these many lenses Light aims to deliver a better low light photography as well as top of the line depth sensing for better portraits and Bokeh effect. We are not sure if light doing this on its own or has partnered with a smartphone manufacturer. But reports say that we might see this beast at the end of 2018.
